Free shipping over CAD $50

Standard shipping is free on orders over CAD $50 within Canada and the United States. Below that, flat-rate shipping is CAD $6.99 (Canada) or USD $7.99 (US).

How fast?

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM PT on business days ship the same day.
• Orders after that ship the next business day.
• No weekend or Canadian holiday shipping.

Transit time

• Canada: 3–7 business days after shipping.
• United States: 4–9 business days after shipping.

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your label is created.

Lost or delayed?

If your package hasn't moved in 10+ business days, email support@lowlightlabs.store with your order number — we'll fix it with the carrier at our cost.

International

We currently ship to Canada and the US only. International expansion is on the roadmap.
