How returns work

1. Email support@lowlightlabs.store with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item in its original condition (lightly used is fine for therapy and recovery products) and drop it off.
4. Once received, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

What's eligible

• Any item returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items in original or gently-used condition.
• Original packaging and accessories where possible.

What's not eligible

• Items returned after 30 days.
• Damage from misuse or modification.
• Gift cards.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. In most cases we'll send a free replacement — no return needed.
