Shipping

How fast do you ship?

Orders before 1:00 PM PT on weekdays ship same day. Most Canadian orders arrive in 3–7 business days; US orders in 4–9 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free standard shipping on orders over CAD $50 in Canada and the US.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship to Canada and the United States only. International expansion is coming.

Returns

Can I return something?

Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every order. Email support@lowlightlabs.store to start a return.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. Returns within 30 days come with a prepaid label.

Red light therapy

Is red light therapy safe?

Red and near-infrared light therapy at consumer wavelengths is generally considered safe for daily home use. Don't stare into the LEDs and avoid use over open wounds. If you have a medical condition or take photosensitizing medication, consult your doctor first.

How often should I use it?

Most people use red light therapy 3–5 times per week, in 10–20 minute sessions, for 8–12 weeks to evaluate results. Consistency matters more than duration.

When will I see results?

Results vary, but many customers notice changes (skin tone, scalp sensation, soreness recovery) within 4–8 weeks of consistent use.

EMS & massage devices

Are EMS devices safe?

EMS (electric muscle stimulation) devices are safe for most healthy adults at the intensities we sell. Do not use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or any implanted electronic device.

Will it hurt?

Most EMS devices start gentle and ramp up. Start at the lowest setting and increase slowly until it feels firm but comfortable — never painful.

Payment & security

How do you process payments?

All payments are processed by Shopify Payments using TLS-encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your full card number.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
